We are pleased to welcome you to Hotel “YES” and are ready to provide all available services. In order to ensure that your stay is pleasant and free of misunderstandings between us, we kindly ask you to read the following information and follow the “Hotel Stay Rules.”

The hotel provides 24-hour check-in and check-out services.

• Check-out time is 12:00. Check-in is at 12:00.

• Staying in the room after 24:00 requires payment for an additional night.

• The hotel does not offer hourly room rates.

• If the guest does not check in before 24:00, the reservation is automatically cancelled.

• Accommodation rates are according to the price list.

• A reservation is considered guaranteed with a 50% prepayment.

• Check-in is carried out upon presentation of a passport or ID card (and a voucher, if applicable).

• The room may only accommodate the number and category of guests indicated in the room description (and in accordance with the voucher payment).

Hotel YES Rules of Conduct

• Smoking inside the hotel building is strictly prohibited.

• Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited. A fine of 30 EUR applies for smoking in the room.

• Storing or consuming perishable food products in hotel rooms is not allowed.

• The guest (client) is legally responsible to the hotel owner for any damage caused to persons, the building, furnishings, or equipment due to their proven fault.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Consumption of alcoholic beverages brought from outside is not permitted in the hotel restaurant.

• Guests are required to follow the hotel’s established rules and fire safety regulations.

• The hotel doors close at 00:00 on weekdays and at 02:00 on weekends.

• The hotel is not responsible for belongings left unattended.

• Dear guests, we kindly ask you to treat the hotel’s property with care.

• From 01.05.2024 to 30.09.2024, parking in the city of Narva-Jõesuu is paid.

Fire Prevention Rules and Requirements

The hotel administration will appreciate a lot if you familiarize with the rules below to provide your own safety when staying in or leaving your room:

1. DO NOT smoke in a room or in bed.

2. When leaving your room, please make sure that all the lamps and electric appliances are switched off.

3. DO study an evacuation plan (placed on the door of your room or near it), and make sure you really know where the objects mentioned below are:
   • Exit doors
   • Evacuation routes to exits
   • Location of fire extinguishers

4. In case of suspecting or DISCOVERING a FIRE you shall:
   • Immediately inform Rescue Service by DIALING 112 nd the Administration of the Hotel and give them the relevant information, i.e. the correct address of the building (Narva-Jõesuu, 30 Vabaduse ). Rescue Service will then call the Fire Brigade.
   • Should there be any problem or delay in contacting Rescue Service, call the Fire Brigade direct by dialing 112and give the correct address of the building (Narva-Jõesuu, 30 Vabaduse ) and any other information they require.
   • If possible tackle the fire with the correct type of extinguisher – but only if there is no risk to oneself and practical, “hands on” training has previously been undertaken.
   • If circumstances dictate, or if to do so, please close the window, leave the room, shut the door (DO NOT LOCK IT) and leave the building by the nearest available exit route.
   • Should there be any problem with leaving your room, shut the door (DO NOT lock it), fill seams around the door and air holes with watered fabric, open the windows and call for help.

Please remember that fire safety is everyones responsibility.

Parking Zone:

From 01.05 to 30.09, parking in the territory of Narva-Jõesuu city is paid.

• Narva-Jõesuu is a single parking zone.

• Parking is allowed in all areas, except in places where parking is prohibited by the Road Traffic Act and corresponding road signs.

• Valid parking tickets include electronic tickets and tickets purchased from a parking meter (the ticket must be placed on the dashboard in front of the windshield).

• Parking fees apply to motor vehicles, except trailers and motor vehicles of categories A and AM.

The first 30 minutes of parking are free if the driver indicates the start time of parking in writing or by using parking clocks placed on the dashboard in front of the windshield.

Parking ticket prices:

• 1 day – 5 EUR

• 1 month – 50 EUR

• Season – 150 EUR

Parking tickets can be purchased:

1. By SMS:

• To purchase a one-day parking ticket, send an SMS to number 1902 with the car registration number (letters and numbers without spaces) followed by a space and the parking zone, for example: 123ABC NJ, where 123ABC is the car number, and NJ is the parking zone. Wait for a reply SMS and ensure that the parking is confirmed. The confirmation will appear in the reply SMS (example): 123ABC pargiti tsooni NJ alates 09:00 01.05.24. Tasu arvestus algab 09:30. Parkimine lõppeb 20:00 01.05.24 limiidi 5 eur täitumisel. If you do not receive an SMS with this text or receive an SMS with different text, your parking is not confirmed! Try again or use another method to register parking.

• To purchase a monthly parking ticket, send an SMS to number 1902 with the car registration number (letters and numbers without spaces) followed by a space and the parking zone and parking period, for example: 123ABC NJKUU, where 123ABC is the car number, and NJKUU is the parking zone and parking period.

• A full-price seasonal parking ticket (150 EUR) cannot be purchased via SMS. Another method must be used.

Important note:
SMS registration is possible only from Estonian mobile network numbers. It is not possible to register parking via SMS from non-Estonian mobile numbers or from Estonian prepaid SIM cards. Please use other methods!

2. At the parking meter located at the parking lot near the building at Jaama 26, next to the store “SOOR.”

3. At the Narva-Jõesuu City Government office at Jaama 26, Narva-Jõesuu (2nd floor) from 09:00 to 16:00 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; from 09:00 to 18:00 on Wednesday; and from 08:00 to 12:00 on Friday. 13.04.2024, 13:01 Parking – Narva-Jõesuu City Government.

4. From the parking inspector on city streets on Friday after 12:00, Saturday, and Sunday.

ATTENTION!
The City Government has established two discount periods for seasonal tickets:

• From 15 April to 30 April, a seasonal ticket can be purchased for 35 EUR.

• From 1 May to 15 May, a seasonal ticket can be purchased for 45 EUR.

To purchase a seasonal parking ticket during the discount period, send an SMS to number 1902 with the car registration number (letters and numbers without spaces) followed by a space and the parking zone and parking period, for example: 123ABC NJSUVI, where 123ABC is the car number, and NJSUVI is the parking zone and seasonal parking period.
